Transfer Restaurant'S Holiday Fruit Cake

  1. In a
  2. large
  3. bowl,
  4. mix
  5. nuts
  6. and
  7. fruits.
  8. Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together and add to nut mixture. Mix well to
  9. coat.
  10. Beat
  11. eggs
  12. well and add rum.
  13. Add this to coated nut mixture and thoroughly blend together.
  14. Pour into 2 greased and floured
  15. bread pans.
  16. Bake in 300u0b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
  17. Stores well, tightly wrapped and in cool place.
