Raisin Molasses Honeys With Cornflakes

  1. Rinse raisins in hot water; drain and dry on a towel.
  2. Cream butter or substitute.
  3. Add honey and molasses; beat well.
  4. Add beaten egg yolks and flavoring.
  5. Stir to blend.
  6. Add flour sifted with baking powder and salt; beat.
  7. Stir in raisins and cornflakes, alternately with stiffly beaten egg whites.
  8. Drop by small spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet, about 2-inches apart. Flatten slightly.
  9. Bake in a moderate oven (375u0b0) for 10 to 12 minutes.
  10. Makes 4 1/2 to 5 dozen medium-sized cookies.
