Ham, Cheese And Mushroom Calzones

  1. Combine mushrooms, onion, garlic and basil with half the broth in a 10 to 12-inch frying pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Stir often until vegetables are browned and begin to stick in pan, about 8 minutes. Add remaining broth. Stir to scrape browned bits from pan; cook until liquid evaporates.
  3. Stir in flour and ham.
  4. Remove from heat.
