Geometric Salad
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. flavored strawberry jello
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries (can use less or more)
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen blueberries (can use less or more)
- 2 Tbsp. plain yogurt
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peaches
- 1 (6 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 banana
- Put jello in large bowl.
- Add 1 cup boiling water.
- Stir until jello dissolves.
- Add the strawberries until thawed out, then add the other fruits.
- Mix together.
- Pour 1/2 mixture into an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
- Put in refrigerator until jello sets.
- Mix sour cream and yogurt together.
- Spread over top of jello.
- Add rest of jello.
- Put in refrigerator until firm.
- Cut into squares and serve.
