Hamburger Casserole

  1. Saute onion and garlic in small amount of oil.
  2. Add hamburger; cook until browned well.
  3. Add chili powder, Mexicorn, tomatoes and tomato sauce.
  4. Cook in Dutch oven about 35 minutes with lid on. Cook shells until tender; drain.
  5. Add layers of shells, sauce and grated cheese and repeat until all is used.
  6. Good also with small can of mushrooms.
  7. Cook in 350u0b0 oven until cheese has melted well.
