Harvey Wallbanger Cake
- 8 1/2 ounces yellow cake mix
- 3 1/2 ounces instant vanilla pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 5 ounces Galliano
- 2 ounces vodka
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Grease and flour one 10" tube pan.
- Combine cake mix and pudding mix in a large bowl.
- Blend in eggs, oil, 4 oz.
- Galliano, 1 oz.
- vodka, and 4 oz.
- orange juice.
- Mix batter until smooth.
- Pour into pan.
- Bake 45 minutes.
- Cool in pan 10 minutes then remove and place on cooling rack.
- Spoon glaze over cake while it is still warm.
- To Make Glaze: Combine remaining 1 oz.
- Galliano, 1 oz.
- vodka, and 4 oz.
- orange juice with confectioners' sugar.
- Blend until smooth.
- Spoon over warm cake.
