Chicken Broccoli Casserole

  1. Boil chicken 45 minutes.
  2. When done, remove skin and bones. Break chicken into small pieces. Boil broccoli until near done (10 to 15 minutes).
  3. Arrange chicken in layers in 3-quart casserole dish. Break off broccoli pieces and cover chicken to make second layer.
  4. Next use 3/4 of the cheese to make third layer.
  5. Next mix mushroom soup (no water), mayonnaise and lemon juice together. Blend well.
  6. Pour over the mixture.
  7. Add buttered bread crumbs to cover top and sprinkle balance of cheese.
  8. Bake in a 350u0b0 oven for 45 minutes.
