Italian Casserole With Biscuit Topping

  1. Brown ground beef and onion, drain.
  2. Add tomato sauce, paste, water, garlic and spices.
  3. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove from stove.
  5. Add vegetables and 3/4 cup cheese.
  6. Put in 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  7. Arrange biscuits (that have been pulled apart to make two) in an oval over the top.
  8. Sprinkle with a little oregano and put the remaining 3/4 cup cheese in the center.
  9. Bake 25 minutes at 375u0b0.
