Oven Fried Fish Fillets
- 3 Tbsp. margarine (at room temperature)
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 8 (4 oz.) codfish fillets, thawed
- 1/2 c. skim milk
- Line a 9 x 13-inch cake pan with aluminum foil. Grease the foil using part of the margarine.
- Place bread crumbs, seasonings and Parmesan cheese in a pie pan.
- Mix well to blend.
- Pat fish dry with paper towel.
- Place milk in an individual salad bowl. Dip fish in milk and then in the bread crumb mixture.
- Use remaining margarine to spread evenly on top of all fish fillets. Bake at 500u0b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Serves 8.
- Contains 162 calories per serving, 5 gm cholesterol, 22 gm protein, 5 gm fat and 331 mg. sodium.
