Crab Rolls

  1. Combine mayonnaise, salt, pepper, green onions, cheese, chilies, chili powder and lemon juice together in a bowl.
  2. Fold in crabmeat.
  3. Soften tortillas in microwave for 30 seconds; cover with wet paper towel.
  4. Place filling in one end of tortilla; roll up, jelly roll style.
  5. Place rolled tortillas, seam side down, in the microwave dish and heat for 1 minute.
  6. Cut each tortilla into 3 to 4 pieces.
  7. Serve warm.
  8. Makes 20 to 30 roll-ups.
