Crusty Beef And Cheese Casserole

  1. Use a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
  2. Heat oil.
  3. Brown onions and mushrooms.
  4. Add meat.
  5. Combine Ragu, seasonings, sauce and grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Add drained beef and simmer.
  7. Prepare noodles as per package.
  8. In 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan, layer noodles, 1/2 meat and 1/2 Cheddar cheese.
  9. Repeat layers.
  10. Bake at 325u0b0 for 1 hour.
  11. Top will brown and get crusty.
  12. Serves 8 to 10 people.
