Chile-Noodle Bake

  1. Saute
  2. onion
  3. in
  4. margarine
  5. until tender.
  6. Remove from heat and
  7. stir
  8. in
  9. sour cream, cottage cheese, chile, grated cheese (save
  10. 1/2
  11. cup),
  12. salt and garlic powder.
  13. Stir until well blended.
  14. Lightly toss noodles into mixture until noodles are well coated.
  15. Pour into greased casserole dish and bake at 350u0b0
  16. for 30
  17. minutes.
  18. Add
  19. remaining
  20. cheese to top.
  21. Cook, covered,
  22. for moist top, uncovered for crisp top.
  23. Serves 6 to 8.
