Spaghetti And Beef Bake
- 2 c. uncooked spaghetti
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 lb. Colby cheese, shredded
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- Cook spaghetti, using package directions; drain.
- Brown ground beef with onion in skillet, stirring frequently; drain.
- Reserve 1 cup shredded cheese.
- Combine remaining cheese, hot spaghetti, hot ground beef mixture, undrained tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, Tabasco sauce, salt and pepper in bowl; mix until cheese is melted.
- Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch casserole.
- Top with reserved cheese; dot with margarine.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for 30 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
- May freeze before baking.
- Yield: 8 servings.
