Chicken Enchiladas(Serves 4)

  1. Saute onions until limp; add chicken, green chilies, mushrooms, chili powder, garlic salt, 1 cup sour cream and picante sauce.
  2. Put a good amount in center of tortillas and roll up the long way. Place 1/2 cup sour cream on bottom of baking dish.
  3. Place flour tortillas in dish and top with remaining 1/2 cup sour cream and grated cheese.
  4. Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 to 30 minutes, until heated through.
  5. Enjoy!
