Tuna And Pasta Dijonaise

  1. Saute bell pepper, onions, and mustard seed in margarine for about three minutes.
  2. Sprinkle flour over mixture and stir until it is blended.
  3. Add milk and cook stirring until it thickens.
  4. Stir in mustard, lemon zest, and pepper.
  5. Add tuna and shells and cook for two minutes more to heat through.
  6. Plate it up and garnish with chopped parsley.
