Cheesy Rotini

  1. Cook rotini and drain.
  2. Cook beef, 1/8 teaspoon pepper and onion for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring until brown.
  3. Drain.
  4. Add tomatoes, bouillon, Worcestershire sauce and pepper; simmer 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in milk, Ricotta cheese, 1 cup Cheddar cheese and rotini.
  6. Pour into 2 1/2-quart baking dish, top with remaining Cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake covered in 350u0b0 oven for 30 minutes.
