Cheesy Rotini
- 1/2 (1 lb.) pkg. rotini (uncooked)
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 small pepper, chopped
- 1/2 medium or small onion, chopped
- 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can whole tomatoes, drained and broken up
- 1 Tbsp. beef bouillon (instant)
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 c. Ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- Cook rotini and drain.
- Cook beef, 1/8 teaspoon pepper and onion for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring until brown.
- Drain.
- Add tomatoes, bouillon, Worcestershire sauce and pepper; simmer 5 minutes.
- Stir in milk, Ricotta cheese, 1 cup Cheddar cheese and rotini.
- Pour into 2 1/2-quart baking dish, top with remaining Cheddar cheese.
- Bake covered in 350u0b0 oven for 30 minutes.
