Corn Beef Casserole
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/3 c. chopped onions
- 3 c. cooked egg noodles
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1/4 c. pimentos
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 slices bread
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- Cook hamburger, onions, salt and pepper (do not brown).
- Boil egg noodles and drain.
- Drain grease from hamburger and mix all ingredients, including sour cream.
- Melt margarine in a skillet. Tear bread into small pieces and add to margarine.
- Mix well. Place meat mixture into casserole dish.
- Top with buttered bread crumbs and bake in 450u0b0 oven until golden brown, about 25 to 30 minutes.
