Cinco De Mayo Sangria
- 1 full 250ml bottle pinot noir wine
- 1 full 250ml bottle Chardonnay wine
- 1 (8 ounce) bag of dole fruit cocktail
- 1 lb blackberry
- 2 sliced fuji apples
- 2 clementine oranges
- 1 (18 ounce) can mandarin orange segments (drained)
- 1 (18 ounce) can pineapple tidbits (drained)
- 1 and a half cups sugar
- 1 cup of paul masson brandy
- 1 cup of triple sec orange liqueur
- 3 cups ice, to fill bottom of the pitcher
- Fill a large pitcher, 3 gallon pitcher, with ice and fruit.
- Pour sugar on top.
- Add the wines and liqours.
- Mottle the fruit with a potato masher to release the juices.
- Marinate from 3 to 9 days for fuller flavor!
- Serve over ice, with seltzer, straight up!
