Barbecued Brisket(This Is Really Great!!!)

  1. Rub 2 tablespoons liquid smoke over well trimmed brisket and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Season with garlic and/or onion powder. Wrap in foil.
  3. Bake 5 hours in a 300u0b0 oven.
  4. Refrigerate and slice when cool.
  5. Combine remaining ingredients and simmer until hot. Bake brisket in sauce for 30 minutes in a 350u0b0 oven (or you can serve along side).
  6. I had to learn how to make barbecue when we came to Texas and this is by far the best I've found.
  7. Belly-up now, ya' hear!
