Frosted Fruit Mold(7-Up Jelly Salad)

  1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; cook.
  2. Add carbonated beverage.
  3. Chill until partially set.
  4. Drain pineapple, reserving syrup.
  5. Fold drained pineapple and banana into jello mixture. Turn into an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
  6. Chill until firm.
  7. Combine sugar and flour in pan.
  8. Stir in reserved pineapple syrup and the egg.
  9. Cook and stir until thickened; chill.
  10. Whip cream; fold into egg mixture.
  11. Spread over jello.
  12. Sprinkle with cheese and cut into squares.
