High Protein Banana Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F Spray 12 muffin tins with cooking spray and dust with flour.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Combine flour, brown sugar, cocoa, and baking soda. Add bananas, yogurt, egg whites, vanilla, pecans, and raisins.
  4. Stir.
  5. Pour batter into prepared cups and top with oat & bran cereal. Bake until a tooth pick inserted into the middle comes out clean - about 30 - 35 minutes.
  6. Cool.
