Creole Chicken With Long Grain Brown Rice

  1. Saute onions, garlic, and green pepper.
  2. Add sliced up chicken.
  3. Add tomatoes.
  4. Add chicken broth and spices.
  5. Simmer until liquid is reduced.
  6. While simmering, prepare rice using a pressure cooker.
  7. Recommend 2 c rice to 3.5 cups chicken broth.
