Billy'S Chili

  1. Brown the ground beef in the olive oil; drain the liquid.
  2. Chop the onion and add the tomato sauce, tomato paste, stewed tomatoes, pepper, oregano, cumin, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, Tabasco sauce, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Cover and simmer for 1/2 hour.
  4. Add the beer and pinto beans.
  5. Simmer for another 1-11/2 hours.
  6. Store refrigerated or frozen.
