Turtle Bread
- 2 1/2 to 3 c. Gold Medal all-purpose flour
- 1 pkg. quick-acting active dry yeast
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 1 egg
- 2 raisins
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 3/4 c. quick or old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter or margarine (room temperature)
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 1 c. prepared milk chocolate frosting
- red fruit snack rolls, gumdrops, candy-coated chocolate pieces and white chocolate
- 15 chocolate cream-filled sandwich cookies
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 favorite candy bars (about 2 oz. each)
- 2 qt. or 1/2 gal. any flavor(s) ice cream
- 1 (12 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- multi-colored sprinkles or small candy decorations
- On Cutting Board, finely chop cookies, 2 to 3 at a time, using Food Chopper. Place butter in Small Micro-Cooker|. Microwave eon HIGH 30 seconds or until melted. Mix in cookie crumbs with Bamboo Spoon. Press crumb mixture onto bottom of Spring-form Pam. Freeze 15 minutes.
