Spinach Meatballs With Fresh Tomato Sauce

  1. One half hour before serving, in a 1-quart pan, prepare rice as label directs without adding butter.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Wash well and drain spinach. Remove and discard tough stem.
  4. Chop half the spinach and set remaining half aside.
  5. Chop onion.
