Chicken Breasts Supreme
- 6 fryer breasts, boned
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 4 tsp. celery salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. sour cream
- 4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 1 3/4 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. shortening
- Cut breasts in half; dry well with paper towels.
- In large bowl, combine all other ingredients (except bread crumbs, butter and shortening).
- Add chicken to mixture, coating each piece well. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Next day, preheat oven to 350u0b0. Roll chicken in crumbs and put in baking dish.
- Melt butter and shortening together.
- Spoon half over chicken.
- Bake 45 minutes. Spoon remainder of butter mixture over chicken and bake 15 minutes longer until brown.
