Gluten Free Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F (190 C).
  2. In large bowl, cream together butter and sugars until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs and vanilla until fluffy.
  4. Stir together four, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
  5. Gradually beat into butter mixture.
  6. Stir in oats and raisins.
  7. Place teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet. They will spread a little.
  8. Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Place on rack to cool.
