Marinated Lamb Chops

  1. Place chops in a shallow dish or a ziplock plastic bag.
  2. Combine the soy sauce through pepper with 1/4 cup water and pour over the chops.
  3. Cover (or zip) and refrigerate 3 hours, turning occasionally.
  4. Grill or broil about 5 minutes 3-4 inches from the heat source.
  5. Turn, brush with marinade and broil 3-5 minutes more.
