Strawberry Delight

  1. Combine flour, brown sugar, pecans and margarine.
  2. Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 minutes, stirring often.
  3. Let cool.
  4. Combine strawberries, sugar, lemon juice and egg whites; beat at high speed about 20 minutes or until fluffy.
  5. Fold whipped cream into strawberry mixture.
  6. Remove 1/3 of crumb mixture from pan.
  7. Pat remaining crumbs into smooth layer.
  8. Pour strawberry mixture over crumbs in pan and sprinkle reserved crumbs over top.
  9. Freeze. Yields 8 to 10 servings.
