Spinach Ranch Roll-Ups

  1. In food processor, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise and package of dressing. Process until thoroughly mixed and creamy. Transfer to medium size bowl. Then add remaining ingredients, except tortillas. Mix well. Spread enough mixture on a tortilla to cover. Roll up in foil. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Remove foil. Slice (about 1/2-inch thick) and serve on small platter. You can also freeze these and thaw 2 hours before serving. Enjoy.
