Chow Mein Soft Noodles

  1. Fry noodles
  2. in skillet with enough oil to cover bottom of skillet.
  3. Lightly
  4. brown,
  5. flipping over to brown the other side. Place
  6. on
  7. platter.
  8. Fry
  9. pork
  10. in dash of oil.
  11. Season with
  12. salt and
  13. pepper.
  14. When nearly done, add vegetables and water.teason with sugar, vinegar, soy sauce and m.s.g.
  15. Cook just
  16. enough
  17. to heat through the vegetables, do not overcook. Thicken
  18. with diluted
  19. cornstarch;
  20. mix and pile mixture onto noodles.
  21. Serves 4 generously!
