Passover Special Meatloaf

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray a 11 x 13 with cooking spray. I use a 11 x 9 pan.
  3. Combine all meat loaf ingredients and form into a rounded loaf shape in center of pan.
  4. Scatter the chopped onions and around the meatloaf and sprinkle the water on top of the onions.
  5. Bake for 1 hour.
  6. Combine the glaze ingredients, if using and brush over the meatloaf.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Let sit for 10 minutes before slicing.
