Winter Warm-Up Beef Simmer

  1. Heat oven to 325u0b0.
  2. Place onions, bacon and beef in Dutch oven.
  3. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until bacon and roast are browned (8 to 10 minutes).
  4. Stir in vegetables.
  5. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  6. Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
  7. Uncover; continue baking (stir occasionally) for
