Garden Chicken And Stuffing

  1. In 3-quart saucepan over medium heat, cook celery, onion and carrots in butter until tender.
  2. Add flour; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  3. Gradually stir in broth and milk.
  4. Cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly.
  5. Add stuffing and chicken; toss to coat.
  6. Spoon into 2-quart oblong baking dish.
  7. Bake at 350u0b0 for 35 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 5 minutes more to melt cheese.
  9. Garnish with carrot curls and celery leaves.
