Chinese Ravioli
- 1 lb. sausage links
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 3/4 c. sliced celery
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen Chinese snow peas or 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen green beans
- 2 cans (15 oz.) Chef Boyardee beef ravioli
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- grated Parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
- Fry sausage until done; remove from pan and drain on absorbent paper.
- Drain fat, reserving 1 tablespoon in pan.
- Saute onions and celery in fat until tender.
- Add water, bouillon cube and snow peas.
- Cook for 4 minutes.
- Add beef ravioli and stir gently.
- Pour into a two-quart baking dish.
- Top with sausages and bake at 375u0b0 for 25 minutes.
- Garnish with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
- Serves six.
