Chinese Ravioli

  1. Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
  2. Fry sausage until done; remove from pan and drain on absorbent paper.
  3. Drain fat, reserving 1 tablespoon in pan.
  4. Saute onions and celery in fat until tender.
  5. Add water, bouillon cube and snow peas.
  6. Cook for 4 minutes.
  7. Add beef ravioli and stir gently.
  8. Pour into a two-quart baking dish.
  9. Top with sausages and bake at 375u0b0 for 25 minutes.
  10. Garnish with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
  11. Serves six.
