My Italian Spaghetti Sauce

  1. Cook onion, green pepper, garlic and celery in butter and oil until tender.
  2. Add the other ingredients and cook for 2 to 3 hours on low heat.
  3. This is enough sauce for 1 to 1 1/2 pounds of pasta. After spaghetti is cooked, drain.
  4. Pour sauce over and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  5. This can be doubled and tripled.
