Peaches N' Cream Pie
- 3/4 c. plain flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding and pie filling (not instant)
- 3 Tbsp. soft butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. skim milk
- 1 large can sliced peaches, reserve juice
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. reserved juice
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- Mix flour, baking powder, salt, pie filling, butter, egg and milk with a mixer until well blended.
- Pour in a 10-inch greased pie pan.
- Place peaches over batter.
- Combine cream cheese, sugar and 3 tablespoons juice.
- Beat two minutes and spoon to within one inch of edge of batter.
- Mix 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon together.
- Sift on top of cheese filling.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
