Shrimp Fettuccine

  1. In a Dutch oven, saute onions, celery, peppers, and green onion in butter on medium heat until yender.
  2. Add flour, parsley, and shrimp and cook for 15 minutes.
  3. Add relish, cheese, Half and Half, and garlic.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Stir often to prevent sticking.
  5. Season to taste with Tony's.
  6. Make fettuccine according to instructions on box.
  7. Mix together and top with parmesan cheese before serving.
