15 Bean Soup (Crock Pot)

  1. Place beans in strainer and rinse.
  2. After rinsing, place beans in bowl and cover completely with water. After a couple of hours, rinse and refill water level.
  3. Soak overnight.
  4. Next day, rinse beans and place in crock pot.
  5. Combine all ingredients except sausage.
  6. Cover.
  7. Cook on low heat for 6 hours.
  8. Saute cubed sausage in pan.
  9. Put sausage and drippings, if any, in soup.
  10. Continue cooking on low for another 2 hours.
  11. Enjoy!
