Imperial Chicken
- 4 halved chicken breasts
- 2 to 3 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 c. Italian bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 stick margarine
- Morton's Nature's Seasons seasoning blend
- Cajun King's Cajun herbed spice mix
- black pepper
- Line baking pan with foil.
- Mix Italian bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- Remove skin and excess fat from chicken breasts. Season chicken to taste with a blend of Morton's "Nature's Seasons" black pepper and Cajun King's Cajun herbed spice mix.
- Melt margarine and mix with garlic.
- Dip chicken into margarine and garlic mixture.
- Then, dip into Italian crumb mix.
- Place chicken into foil lined pan with crumbs.
- If there is any margarine/garlic mixture left, pour over prepared chicken pieces.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour.
