Lasagna Casserole

  1. In large pan, brown ground meat with salt, pepper, onion and garlic. Drain.
  2. Add mushrooms, spaghetti sauce, and tomato sauce.
  3. Mix well and simmer about 10 minutes.
  4. Add seasonings as desired.
  5. Cook pasta, drain.
  6. (Any non-shelled pasta will work fine, such as bow-ties).
  7. Add to meat mixture.
  8. Spray pan with Pam.
  9. Add half of mixture, sprinkle with half of cheese.
  10. Add remaining mixture and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  11. Bake at 350u0b0 until cheese is thoroughly melted.
