Super Easy, Super Quick Supper

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon cooking oil (any variety) in large frying pan.
  2. Add onion and cook until clear.
  3. Add chicken and cook until thawed.
  4. Add broccoli and mushrooms and cook about 5 minutes until heated through.
  5. Add bean sprouts and water chestnuts.
  6. Mix stir-fry seasoning according to package directions and pour over stir-fry.
  7. Add soy sauce to taste.
  8. Be careful not to cook too long, bean sprouts will become soggy.
  9. Serve immediately over hot cooked rice.
