Pork Tenderloin In Tequila

  1. Heat oil and garlic in 10-inch skillet until hot.
  2. Coat pork with mustard.
  3. Cook pork over medium heat until brown.
  4. Remove garlic.
  5. Stir in remaining ingredients except parsley.
  6. Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
  7. Cover and simmer until pork is tender, about 30 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle with parsley.
