Candy Topped Pizza
- 1/2 c. margarine, softened
- 3/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. miniature marshmallows
- 3/4 c. candy coated chocolate pieces
- 3/4 c. peanut candy coated chocolate
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Grease 12-inch pizza pan or skillet.
- In medium bowl, with electric mixer at medium, cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy (about 1 minute).
- Beat in egg.
- At low stir in flour and baking soda until well blended.
- Evenly spread dough into prepared pan.
- Bake 20 minutes or until lightly brown.
- Sprinkle marshmallows and candies on cookie during last 5 minutes of baking.
- Cool 10 minutes in pan or on wire rack.
- To serve, cut cookies into wedges.
- Makes 16 servings.
