Thai Style Spaghetti

  1. in a big frying pan, heat oil and brown onions and bell pepper in garlic.
  2. add shrimp,fish sauce, lime leaf, chili, lemon grass and vinegar.
  3. brown shrimp and then add green onion, basil and cilantro and fry for 30 seconds.
  4. add cooked spaghetti and mix well.
  5. remove lime leaves.
  6. pepper to taste.
  7. makes two servings.
  8. squeeze lime wedge and mix in one tablespoonof Thai sweet chili sauce per serving.
