Baked Fish

  1. Place fish in single layer in greased pan (use olive oil). Sprinkle with salt, pepper and oregano.
  2. Add 1/2 cup olive oil. Add tomatoes, scallions, parsley and garlic.
  3. Top with bread crumbs, covering fish completely.
  4. Dot with butter.
  5. Add 1 cup water and bake at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes.
  6. Decorate with onion rings, olives and lemon.
