Lemon Souffle Pancakes With Blueberry Maple Syrup
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 5 tablespoons buttermilk, mix
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 teaspoons lemon peel, grated
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup blueberries, rinsed
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, soda, and salt.
- Separate egg yolks from whites.
- Blend buttermilk mix with small amount of water in measure cup. When.
