Carrot Zucchini Bars With Cream Cheese Frosting

  1. Heat oven to 350u0b0; grease 9 x 9-inch baking dish.
  2. Beat together brown sugar, butter and cream cheese in large bowl until fluffy.
  3. Beat in egg and vanilla.
  4. Beat in flour, baking powder and salt until well blended.
  5. Stir in carrots, zucchini and raisins; spoon into pan.
  6. Bake 30 minutes; cool for 10 minutes. Invert cake and cool completely.
  7. Frost, cut into squares.
