Taco Casserole

  1. Brown meat with salt, pepper and onion.
  2. Drain.
  3. Add taco mix and 2 cups water.
  4. Cook on medium heat until mixture is hot.
  5. Let simmer on very low heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture is thick.
  6. Add drained corn and olives (if desired); heat.
  7. Grate each kind of cheese separately.
  8. Spray baking dish with vegetable spray. Fill each separated shell with small amount of pepper, cheese and meat.
  9. Roll shells and lay in dish (side by side) and pour rest of meat sauce over rolled shells.
  10. Cover the tops of shells with grated cheese (Cracker Barrel).
  11. Bake at 400u0b0 for 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
