Kanganese - Kangaroo Pasta.

  1. Brown onions and garlic over medium heat with oil.
  2. Raise temperature, brown mince.
  3. Deglaze with wine.
  4. Add remaining ingredients (minus pasta).
  5. Reduce temperature and simmer for 30 minutes.
  6. Cook pasta al dente.
  7. Serve sauce over pasta, top with cheese.
